display destination, count, min/max/avg columns.
support sorting and paging of data.

note, this only needs to be support at the resource-level.  resource groups and autogroups were never implemented before, so this work is confined to the migration work, not new development.

rev2904 - convert response time to JSF supporting all features listed in corresponding jira; 
remove old phase listener-based solution for ViewExpiredException; 
add new ShortDurationConverter and rename RichDurationConverter to LongDurationConverter to provide some naming convention;
