Description Corey Welton 2009-03-18 20:33:00 UTC
Repro:

1. Navigate to the inventory page for an item, such as a platform or a JBoss Server
2. Attempt to delete a child inventory item by clicking a checkbox and hitting Delete.
3. View results

Current results:
No checkboxes exist so user cannot select item

Expected results:
Checkboxes!

Other notes:
Have not tried selecting the "global" checkbox to see if user can select 'everything' to delete.

See screenshot.

Comment 1 Joseph Marques 2009-03-21 10:15:28 UTC
this won't be making it into 1.2 - the problem here is that SOME of the items in the list might have been actionable. sometimes a filter will produce results where no items are actionable...sometimes a filer will produce results where ALL items are actionable...and sometimes a filter will produce results where some items are actionable. so, not saying this isn't possible, but to do it correctly requires too much time that we don't have so close to release.

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.

keyword:
new = Tracking + FutureFeature + SubBug

Comment 4 wes hayutin 2010-02-16 17:03:12 UTC
making sure we're not missing any bugs in rhq_triage

Comment 5 Corey Welton 2010-08-20 15:15:22 UTC
Closing per 19-Aug triage -- this bug will be made obsolete per UI redesign.
