Perform a plugin or resource config update and you'll get an empty yellow message box above the left nav.  It goes away when you navigate away.  Does not appear on FF3.

this is a dup - I mentioend this a week or two ago and greg said he's working on it. check jira for dup

I still see this on ie6, rev3752, but on a (recursive) compatible group page.  Since no one has found the dupe i think this should be considered valid.  High priority.
