rev4334 - finish remote api for channel manager bean by adding custom relationship filter for findPackageVersionsInChannel;

rev4342 - fix ContentManagerBean remote api methods to use int[] as listed in the spec;
remove deprecated method in PackageDetails and fix callers to use the proper method; 
some other general cleanup;
