page must:

* list all affinity groups
* allow creation of new groups
* allow deletion of groups
* link to view details for a group

rev1338 - list all affinity groups in the system within tabular sort/page (#1 & #4); 
added delete affinity group functionality (#3);

rev1339 - create new affinity group, piggy-backed on top of edit page (#4); // this is still buggy, which is why i'm not resolving this issue yet

rev1343 - create new group now works properly, and goes directly to the edit page (where you'll eventually be able to add agents/servers to it from); 
got rid of all regressions in the edit mode for viewAffinityGroup.xhtml page;

Page works as far as it goes, kind of hard to test with any rigor without the backend functionality in place.  Opened bugs separately.

on second thought, I'm not going to close out these UI subfeatures until the functionality behind them is ready to test.
