I'm not entirely sure, but http://docs.fedoraproject.org/translation-quick-start-guide/en_US/ may say something.

Yes, Translation Quick Start Guide explains how to join a team. You've created British English team, so this bug report is unnecessary. Of course everyone is welcome to provide translations.
