Description of problem:
Package which have multibyte in their description data cannot be rendered.

How reproducible:

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Synch content which includes package that have multibyte characters in their description -- for example, "Virtualization-ja-JP" or "Virtualization-ru-RU"
2. View content list
  
Actual results:

Garbage shows up where the expected japanese or russian text should appear.

Expected results:

Correct handling of multibyte.

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.
