It would be more useful to users to get a functional description instead of a marketing description of the app.

Yeah, agreed. Maybe something like "A library of C# classes" would make more sense. From what I understand, this is not really more than a small dependency, so I wouldn't expect too many people users to worry about taking it into production use. Anyway, your point is valid. I'll change this with the next release.

Alright, here's a quick update. I missed the fact that the devel package should require the main package. That's fixed now. I also tweaked the summary line a little; nothing big, though.
