Description Corey Welton 2009-11-17 17:00:06 UTC
Description of problem:
When trying to import repos where there are a large number of candidates, the simple arrow/pagination isn't adequate. We need a filter or something that will reduce results to something usable.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure an RHN Content Provider.
2. In 'Repositories', attempt to import channels.
3. Noting long list of possible results, look for some way to find channels more relevant to you.

Actual results:
No way to filter; you'll have to use arrows and/or pagination to find more relevant results.

Expected results:
Something that will allow the user to easily, say, filter for all x86_64 packages.

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.

keyword:
new = Tracking + FutureFeature + SubBug

Comment 2 wes hayutin 2010-02-16 16:59:02 UTC
making sure we're not missing any bugs in rhq_triage

Comment 3 Corey Welton 2010-12-16 14:05:41 UTC
Rajan, see if this page still exists. If not, close the bug.

Comment 4 Mike Foley 2011-05-03 19:39:57 UTC
I think this page does no longer exist. On Content providers, I see 4 types ... but no channels.
