Description of problem:

Although $http_proxy and $https_proxy are set correctly (verified by 'ps ewww'), 'abrt' tries to connect directly to the internet when sending a report.

E.g. firewall log contains something like

IN=eth0 OUT=eth2 SRC=192.168.46.11 DST=209.132.176.231 ... DPT=443 SYN

and the program says that sending failed.
