Description Yorghos 2009-11-18 05:13:55 UTC
Description of problem:
While installing Fedora 12 I picked manual partitioning and entered a mount point of /media/WIN98 for a vfat partition that Windows 98 is installed in.
When the installer got to the "post-installation file system changes" part, it suddenly crashed with the backtrace I've uploaded.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
It seems to happen always when I do the above (at least on this specific computer)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 12 from the liveCD (Gnome)
2. Pick manual partitioning
3. Enter a mount point for a vfat partition
4. Continue with the installation

Actual results:
The installer crashed; system was unbootable.

Expected results:
Installation completed, bootable system, vfat partition entry in fstab
