Description Dave Jones 2009-11-18 16:13:00 UTC
when I applied this update, I could no longer connect to the vpn.

the logs said ..

openvpn[2194]: TLS: Initial packet from 209.132.183.3:443, sid=fd5331a8 cd9135ff
openvpn[2194]: TLS_ERROR: BIO read tls_read_plaintext error: error:140920E3:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_HELLO:parse tlsext
openvpn[2194]: TLS Error: TLS object -> incoming plaintext read error
openvpn[2194]: TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
openvpn[2194]: TCP/UDP: Closing socket
openvpn[2194]: SIGUSR1[soft,tls-error] received, process restarting

I tried several times, and got the same failure.
Then I downgraded to the version shipped with f12, and it worked again.
