Description of problem:
why the system needs reboot when it pass a manual / fsck at boot.
On a solaris the system can run without make a reboot

1. the system needs passwd a fsck at boot of /	
2. fsck -y /
3. reboot or ctrl-D

To ensure normal filesystem state. It's precautionary, but it shouldn't be that
much of a problem.
