gupnp-vala-debuginfo is empty.  If the package cannot be made noarch (the pkgconfig file could be installed to /usr/share/pkgconfig and the libdir in it removed in case it has no purpose), the debuginfo package should probably be explicitly disabled, see the blocker bug for more info.

I had issues with the package the last time I tried to make it noarch so the change was reverted. I've disabled the debuginfo as a result.
