Description CA G Rajesh 2009-11-29 13:06:50 UTC
Description of problem:
While configuring the firewall, it would be better to have a check box to permit seamless transfers between LAN.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
For example, when X tries to install and has a small LAN in his home/office, he cannot be expected to know the ports that needs to be opened for printing, transfers (salut/bonjour/kepas)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. A check box that allows seamless transfer between 192.168.1.0/24 addresses
2. Optionally, interface (say, eth0) may also be displayed [it is available now]
3. A warning may also be displayed

Actual results:
No place to added the LAN addresses 192.168.1.0/24 for allowing in eth0 interface.

Expected results:
Easy procedure for a newbie to setup a local home/office network
