Description of problem:
I have a bug to submit against the Itanium IG, but there is no such component in the RH Bugzila component list.  The Itanium documents in the list should 
parallel the x86 and alpha entries.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose the Redhat Linux product
2. Go to the component screen
3. Attempt to shoose rhl-ig-itanium, as directed in that document.  It ain't there.

Red Hat's current Bugzilla version is 2.18. I am moving all older open bugs to
this version. Any bugs against the older versions will need to be verified that
they are still bugs. This will help me also to sort them better.
