Please, try php 5.3.1 available in updates-testing.

Same thing with php 5.3.1 and there is no updated version of php-suhosin extension in updates-testing. (I think the problem is related more to php-suhosin) 

However, using latest version of php-suhosin (0.9.29) from suhosin website it seams to fix the problem.

Right now, I have two options: disable loading suhosin module in /etc/php.d/suhosin.ini or update suhosin extension module from their website.

php-suhosin-0.9.29-1.fc12 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 12.

php-suhosin-0.9.29-1.fc12 has been pushed to the Fedora 12 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
