Description of problem:
A fair number of common pkgs link to cups-libs. This in turn links to avahiclient and avahicommon libs. It would be great if these pulled in a lib pkg for avahi instead of all of avahi.  

Since the avahi daemon defaults to 'on', being able to install cups-libs w/o having to install a defaulted-on listening daemon would be better for a number of users/customers.
