I noticed that the packaging for icewm causes the clearlooks theme files from icewm-clearlooks-1.2.37-5.fc12 to be included in the main icewm-1.2.37-5.fc12 package, as well. You need a "%exclude %{_datadir}/icewm/themes/clearlooks" in the main package's %files section if you want to avoid the -clearlooks package being completely redundant, as it is now.
