Description Piotr Kolaczek 2009-12-12 17:36:54 EST
Summary:

SELinux is preventing /usr/bin/perl "getattr" access on /var/spool/bacula/log.

Detailed Description:

SELinux denied access requested by logwatch. It is not expected that this access
is required by logwatch and this access may signal an intrusion attempt. It is
also possible that the specific version or configuration of the application is
causing it to require additional access.

Allowing Access:

You can generate a local policy module to allow this access - see FAQ
(http://fedora.redhat.com/docs/selinux-faq-fc5/#id2961385) Please file a bug
report.

Why does bacula have its log files in /var/spool/bacula. Can you move them to /var/log/bacula?

Piotr, Change the label on the directory to var_log_t and the problem should go away

chcon -t var_log_t -R /var/spool/bacula/log

I suggested this in Bug #494037, which is over 8 months old now.
