Invalid URL provided in the <docs></docs> tag.

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to RHQ; go to dashboard.
2. Click any of the "XML" feed buttons.
3. View contents of XML
  
Actual results:

Expected results:
Correct URL

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.
