Description of problem:
actually bullet-devel doesent contain the .pc file because it is not getting processed and installed by cmake yet while there is a pc.in.

bullet-2.75-2.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 13 development cycle.
Changing version to '13'.
