Patch to fix option help & version not work.

Description of problem:

cscope 15.6-7 option -V -h --version --help not work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cscope -V
2. cscope --version
3. cscope -h
4. cscope --help
  
Actual results:
1~4:
enter tui


Expected results:
1~2:
cscope: version 15.6-7

3~4:
Usage: cscope [-bcCdehklLqRTuUvV] [-f file] [-F file] [-i file] [-I dir] [-s dir]
              [-p number] [-P path] [-[0-8] pattern] [source files]
...
...
-u            Unconditionally build the cross-reference file.
-v            Be more verbose in line mode.
-V            Print the version number.

Additional info:
test case -V -h --version --help miss match.

cscope-15.6-8.fc12 has been pushed to the Fedora 12 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
