Description of problem:
high cpu usage even with idle flash videos

nspluginwrapper-1.3.0-10.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
See below

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run FireFox
2. visit sites with flash, e.g. http://www.maxkeiser.com/
3. notice the videos are not playing but do observe one CPU core being absorbed with the not playing videos.
  
Actual results:
Unnecessary CPU cycle consumption

Expected results:
way less CPU consumption

Fedora 12 (upgraded F11)

I see that too often as well.

It happens when the vids are *idle*.
It wastes CPU.
So it wastes electricty.
So this bug is bad for the environment, assuming that most of the electricity is generated in a non-green way.
PLEASE fix.

Feel free to write the patch and I'll happily test it. The current state of this bug is that I have no idea how to fix it unless we want to break some plug-ins.
