How to reproduce

Can you try to run this as root:

rpm -q python-setuptools

To see if you have the setuptools python package.

Indeed, python-setuptools was missing.
Dependencies are not resolved correctly with this package ?

I didn't add the correct dependency, which is a bug on the package, so than you.  I'll fix that.
