/sbin binaries should not rely on /usr. This breaks when /usr is on a
separate partition.

Here is the full list of isdn4k-utils binaries under /sbin that are linked
against a lib under /usr:

They should go into /usr/bin and /usr/sbin. It is fixed in isdn4k-utils-3.1-47.
You will find it soon on ftp://people.redhat.com/than/7.2/
