Attempt of displaying non-existing certificate triggers the following message:

  The Certificate Manager encountered an unexpected error while processing
  your request. The following is a detailed message of the error that occurred.

    LDAP operation failure - cn=9,ou=certificateRepository, ou=ca,
    dc=example.com-pki-ca netscape.ldap.LDAPException: error result (32);
    matchedDN = ou=certificaterepository,ou=ca,dc=example.com-pki-ca

  Please consult your local administrator for further assistance.
  The Certificate System logs may provide further information.
