The webspy binary is missing. All I can find is the man page.

Thanks for your report. You're of course correct, because the build
requirement to the libXmu-devel package is missing. I've solved the
issue and created new packages for active Fedora and EPEL branches.
So please test the new package and add positive charma, thank you...

Building fails on Fedora 11 and 12, I will have to fix that issue first.

Okay, now dsniff-2.4-0.8.b1 is built on all active Fedora and EPEL branches.
