Description of problem:
The opencv-samples-Makefile installed as /usr/share/opencv/samples/c/GNUmakefile by Fedora packaging only builds the C (*.c) and not the C++ (*.cpp) example programs.

The attached opencv-samples-Makefile builds the C++ examples as well.

Rakesh pushed it in opencv 2.0.0-4 and it was backported in F-12, works fine.
