Description of problem:

When connecting a bootstrapped resource, the treeview is not provided with, or does not display, the resource name.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rhq-register --server http://example.com --username rhqadmin --password rhqadmin -m -v
2.  In webui:  Resources> Platforms > $platform_name
3.  Observe resulting page, specifically the treeview.
  
Actual results:
An icon on the lefthand side (which may also be incorrect); no resource name next to it.

Expected results:
A resource name exposed to the treeview, and/or the treeview displaying it.

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.
