Description of problem:
The global address list shows all entries, but the contact list on the server doesn't show any entries

evolution-mapi-0.28.2-1.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create some entries in the contact list on the Exchange 2003 server using
another client.
2. Open Contact List in Evolution for a MAPI account.
3. Create a contact in Evolution for a MAPI account
  
Actual results:
No entries are shown.  Creation of new entry results in error popup: Error adding contact: Other error
Expected results:
All entries are listed.  New entries are created.
