Description of problem:
Error message when the validation is set to yes needs to be broken down.  Its missing period(.) space etc. And the sentence should be more readable.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to the RHQ server with the agent running
2. Click raw only or structured& raw server
3.click on the Intevtory tab and click on the Connection button
4. Click on Edit 
6. Click on yes for Files to Fail validation for raw file
7. Enter the file name
8. Click on ok
9. Now go the configuration of the above resource that you changed
10. Edit a file in Advanced mode
11. Select a file and edit
12. click on commit
13. See the validation message

  
Actual results:
 Configuration update was not valid configuation validation failed withValidation failed for /tmp/raw-config-test/structured-and-raw-1/structured-and-raw-test-1.txt.

Expected results:
If we are keeping above message it should say

Configuration update was not valid. Configuration validation failed with validation failed for /tmp/raw-config-test/structured-and-raw-1/structured-and-raw-test-1.txt.

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.
