Description of Problem:
The "entitle" link which appears on
http://beta.rhns.redhat.com/network/overview_systems.pxt goes to the wrong
location.  The page has it going to
/network/entitlement/sw_mgr_entitlements.pxt and it should be going to
swmgr_entitlements.pxt
