proposed .spec patch

There is a Provides: jaxp_parser_impl statement in java-1.5.0-gcj.spec.  It sets the version of the Provides to %{version}-%{release}.  The version of this implementation should probably be 1.3 instead as that is what the version is of the spec that it's implementing.  Patch attached.
