Comment 2 Michael Schwendt 2010-01-25 08:37:13 UTC
Can you reproduce it with Audacious 2.2?
http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F12/FEDORA-2010-0028

There are no plans to continue with Audacious 2.1.

Comment 3 Michael Schwendt 2010-01-25 09:50:23 UTC
audacious-plugins-2_2-10_fc12_pl13 will add a safety patch to avoid re-deleting a NULL neon session pointer:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1942321

It will be still be necessary to try to reproduce the issue with Audacious 2.2 in updates-testing, especially because this is not the first crash in the neon transport plugin.

Since you use 3rd party add-on packages for Audacious, please get in contact with the 3rd party packages maintainer and request an update to Audacious 2.2. Alternatively, "rpmbuild --rebuild ..." the src.rpm package from their development repository.

Comment 4 Michael Schwendt 2010-01-27 10:41:57 UTC
Third-party add-on packages for Audacious 2.2 are available
in their respective -updates-testing repository.

Please give feedback on the Audacious 2.2 test update:
http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F12/FEDORA-2010-0028

There are no plans to continue with Audacious 2.1.
