Description of problem:
There seems to be some sort of configuration issue on the hudson server that causes the multicast test to fail. I've disabled the test temporarily until we get the hudson server configuration up to speed.

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.

its likely multicast detection is disabled on the network where hudson is running. might have to keep this disabled unless we can conditionally run this test.

outdated. all our tests are passing
