Description of Problem:
Not quite sure that the link location is correct, so this might be a bug
that we need to get the real location for this link.  Anyway, there's a
link on the
https://rhn.webdev.redhat.com/network/systemlist/system_list.pxt page in
the Alerts keys section which says, "what does this mean"  Clicking that
link leads to a permission error.  As I said, the link doesn't appear
correct, so might just be that we need to update that link to the
appropriate location.
