Description of problem:
Alerts: Field checking edit alerts window fails.

Recreate:
1. create an alert on a resource, confirm its created
2. Edit the alert name to something obnoxious like "Test 33333333333333333333333333333asdfasfasfasf343333333333333333333333333333333333333

3. click save
4. get stack trace.

mass move to rhq_chainsaw tracker bug

This bug has now been triaged by Chainsaw on 2/18. The expectation is the bug to be addressed by the end of sprint06 roughly 3/10/10.

Ok.. the field only excepts input up to a specific length.
I'm not able to add anything over 102 characters.
