Description of problem:
Alerts, able to edit an alert and set a blank name, need to field check

recreate.
1. create an alert on a resource
2. edit the alert, set the name to be blank
3. click save

expected behavior
The edit alert should field check and force a name to be non null.

I observed the same issue 

Steps to Repro :

1) Login to RHQ host with valid credentials.
2)Configure Alert “Test” for condition Used Memory > 0.1B
3)At Alert page press <Alert > Properties Button
4)Remove <Alert> Name from editable box
5)Press Button save changes


Actual result : able to edit an alert and set a blank name

This bug has now been triaged by Chainsaw on 2/18. The expectation is the bug to be addressed by the end of sprint06 roughly 3/10/10.

ok.. now after removing all the txt of an alert name, and committing you get.
" Alert Name is required. "
