So you are suggesting to ship with the file you attached instead of what we have now? Seems reasonable to me (I doubt anyone sets odd keybindings like the ones listed by default using the capplet if at all). This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 13 development cycle. Changing version to '13'.
