Description of problem: The man pages seem to be missing from the package. I install both the tkimg package (.i386 and .x86_64) and the tkimg-devel (.i386 and .x86_64).

I have patched tkimg to create and install manpages, but it requires dtplite. This program should come with tcllib, but the version of this package in EPEL doesn't build it. I can't fix this bug until tcllib get fixed.
