How reproducible:

Prerequisites

Properly Configured RHQ Host with Agent .

Steps To verify : 

1) Login to RHQ host with valid credentials.
2) configure alert for memory usage value change 
3) Attached alert notification microblog with name “test”
4) Again attached alert notification microblog with name “test”


Expected Result : 

Duplicate entry of Alert notification should not be allowed for same Alert.

Actual Result : 

Successfully attached duplicate alert notification with Alert Definition.

This bug has now been triaged by Chainsaw on 2/18. The expectation is the bug to be addressed by the end of sprint06 roughly 3/10/10.
