Tried to connect to a network selecting:
Wireless security: WPA & WPA2 Enterprise
Authentication: Tunneled TLS
Inner authentication: MSCHAPv2
NetworkManager crashed in the moment I clicked "Connect".

It appears to be the same bug as #557495.
As a GUI issue, could you please post your ~/.xsession-errors when it occurs.
