Description: BWPing is a tool to measure bandwidth and response
times between two hosts using Internet Control Message
Protocol (ICMP) echo request/echo reply mechanism.
It does not require any special software on the remote host.
The only requirement is the ability to respond on ICMP echo request messages.

* License correct, license file included as documentaion
* SPEC file clean and legible, american english

* Reuiqres/provides sane
* Builds fine in mock
* Uses correct compiler flags
* Uses macros consistently

1.) One cosmetic issue:

bwping.i686: W: name-repeated-in-summary BWPing
The name of the package is repeated in its summary.  This is often redundant
information and looks silly in various programs' output.  Make the summary
brief and to the point without including redundant information in it.

Please fix that before importing.
