How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Repro : 

1)Login to Rhq host with valid credentials
2)Open plugin web UI from following steps 
Administration = > System Configuration => Plugins => Server Plugins => Alert:IRC”=> Configure Alert:IRC
3)Select Alert: Email plugin from left Alert Plugin List.


Expected Result :  at step 3 Selected Plugin should display plugin info.

Actual Result : Nothing changed Process does not display info of selected Plugin ,

Temporarily adding the keyword "SubBug" so we can be sure we have accounted for all the bugs.

This bug has now been triaged by Chainsaw on 2/18. The expectation is the bug to be addressed by the end of sprint06 roughly 3/10/10.

I think that this is a result of the richfaces upgrade breaking the tree component.  I see a bunch of javascript errors now in firebug on the click events, and this code has not changed in months.
