tg3: Fix 57765 LED behavior

Description of problem:

The UART port on the 57765 interferes with the correct operation of the device's LEDs.  The attached patch fixes the problem.  (Change already upstream.)

Matt, we are at the very end of the RHEL 5.5 development cycle - no guarantees
on this making it.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.

Hi,

Please try to update with this fix, although its LEDs, many people look at the LEDs and report problems based on that.

Verified with kernel-2.6.18-187.el5.test.x86_64.rpm that John Feeney released.
The LED works on 57765.
