"muse" is linked with many DSOs but is lacking the corresponding SONAME dependencies in its built rpm:

$ rpm -qpR muse-1.0.1-1.fc13.i686.rpm |grep ^lib
$
$ ldd muse|wc -l
47

We hack the __find_provides mechanism to filter out Provides of muse's internal libraries. I wonder if that messes up with __find_requires somehow. If not, I don't really know what to do. I'll look into this.

It's specific to the fc13 build. The other two builds of the same release made on the same day don't suffer from this problem. Has RPM in fc13 changed in any way that would also affect packages other than this one?

Maybe there was an issue with the builder. I made a scratch build with no changes and the soname deps are back:

Should I just officially rebuild this on F-13?

muse-1.0.1-2.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
