Description of problem:
smc-fonts package provides one .conf file for all of the fonts available in smc-fonts though, it doesn't contains all of the necessary rules for all of fonts. plus, it would be better have separate conf files for fonts, because it would makes easy to update the priority etc later on.

smc-fonts-04.2-5.fc13 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 13.

The Source URL (http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/smc/fonts/) was correct, but I guess it redirected you to a mirror. To use the master link, http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases-noredirect/smc/fonts/ can be used.

smc-fonts-04.2-5.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

i.e $wget **, should give source file
