Description of problem:

Loading OpenIB kernel modules:
the program '/bin/bash' called 'udevtrigger', it should use 'udevadm trigger <options>', this will stop working in a future release
the program '/bin/bash' called 'udevsettle', it should use 'udevadm settle <options>', this will stop working in a future release

FC13 rdma init script also has this issue:
