Description of problem:
'Edit' button is missing for ja-JP/Block_Devices.po, ja-JP/Reference_virsh.po, ja-JP/Reference_virt-manager.po, ja-JP/Remote_Management.po and ja-JP/Tips_and_Tricks.po

2. No 'edit' button is appeared for the above files

That's actually intended. Online editing is enabled only for files with less than 100 strings. It's fixed in Transifex 0.8, but we cannot use this version for other reason.
